The Palace of Versailles is a French Classical style palace built for Louis XIII in 1623. The palace is 721,182 sq ft and 590 ft tall at its highest point. It has 700 rooms, over 2,000 windows, and 67 staircases. It has a very large garden, has many tours available, and even has a museum inside it. Here it is from the outside:
Notre Dame Cathedral:
Notre Dame Cathedral is a French Gothic style Catholic cathedral. It was built in 1345, is 51,667 sq ft, and is 300 ft at its highest point. There's a crypt in the cathedral that was created in 1965. Many alterations have been made to the cathedral since it was built. There's a huge organ system inside and many organists play at it. Here's the cathedral from the outside:

The Alps is a mountain range. It passes through 7 countries, France, Switzerland, Italy, Austria, Slovenia, Liechtenstein, Croatia, and Bosnia and Herzegovina. The highest point is Mount Blanc at 15,776 ft. There are some ski resorts in the snowy parts. It's located here, in the southeast corner of France.
